These are fresh sausages so must be fully cooked before diving into supper.
This is a test batch that we ordered for our family and we're sharing a few with some of our newsletter subscribers to see what you think of them. Because of this they come in a larger package (6 instead of 4) and they're brown paper wrapped instead of vacuum packaged (which means there might be a bit of frost in the package when you open them).
