Our monthly special boxes change each month and include a selection of some of our favourite cuts!

This month the box includes:
- 3 medium roasts
- 2 T-bone steaks
- 1 large sirloin steak
- 1 hanger steak (my fav for steak tacos!)
- 4 lb lean ground beef
- 1 pkg of short ribs
- 1 lb stew beef
- 1 lb stir fry strips
This box contains approximately 24 lb of meat.
Substitutions may be made depending on inventory.
