The beef shank is cross cut osso buco style with a rich marrow bone centre surrounded by well marbled beef. This cut is a star when cooked low and slow either in the oven or on the smoker. It's delicious served over polenta or mashed potatoes but you can also elevate stews and soups with this beautiful cut!
Packages come with 1-2 pieces and the shank is cut 2-3" thick.
