What's in it:
- 1 brisket
- 4 lbs short or dino ribs
- 2 XL t-bone steaks
- 1 tri tip roast
- half rack of back ribs
- 1 chuck roast (great for pulled beef or burnt ends)
- 1 round roast (love this for jerky or smoked to medium for sandwiches!)
- 2 lbs ground beef
Substitutions may be made depending on inventory availability.
