The tri tip roast is a smaller cut from the sirloin. It is thicker than a steak but thinner than most roasts and shaped like a triangle. Its marbling and tenderness make it a versatile cut. We cook ours on the smoker or BBQ throughout the summer months and it is one of our favourites!

Small Roast 1.5 to 2.5 lb
Medium Roast 2.5 to 3.5 lb
