- 1 tri tip roast
- 1 chuck roast (great for pulled beef or burnt ends)
- 1 round roast (love this for jerky or smoked to medium for sandwiches!)
- half rack of back ribs

Small Brisket Box - contains a 3.5 kg brisket - total box weight 10.5 kg
