Our standard cut quarter comes with a variety of cuts from steaks to roasts to ground beef and is one of the most economical ways to fill your freezer with beef from our family farm.

Some substitutions may be made depending on customer preference and stock availability. All cuts can be substituted from ground beef with the exception of the soup bones. All cut weights are approximate as each beef varies in size and weight.

Includes:

  • 1 pkg tenderloin steaks (2/pkg, 12 oz pkg)
  • 6 lb of T-bone steaks (4-6 steaks)
  • 4 lb of bone in ribeye steaks (3-5 steaks)
  • 4.5 lb of sirloin steaks (5-8 steaks)
  • 2 round steaks (14 oz each)
  • 1 pkg flat iron steaks (2 steaks/pkg, 14 oz pkg)
  • 1 flank steak (1.75 lb)
  • 1 skirt steak (1 lb)
  • 2 sirloin tip roasts (3 lb each)
  • 2 chuck roasts ( 3.25 lb each)
  • 2 cross rib roasts ( 3 lb each)
  • 2 round roasts (2.75 lb each)
  • 1 tri tip roast (2.5 lb)
  • 1 half brisket (4-5 lb)
  • 2 stir fry strips (1 lb each)
  • 2 stew beef ( 1 lb each)
  • 2 pkgs short ribs (2 lb each)
  • 40 lb ground beef (approximate)
  • 5 lb soup bones

Approximate box weight is 100 lb plus soup bones. Substitutions may be made depending on inventory availability.
