These are the king of steaks. Essentially they are a super thick cut ribeye but with the bone left on the steak and extra long.
An extra large steak, these make an excellent share plate for multiple people. But hey, we won't judge if you polish off one by yourself. Actually we'd be quite impressed!
Thick steaks are best cooked using a reverse sear method to maintain an even cook throughout the steak.
